Roll up your sleeves, or sit back and watch us work our magic. Participate in a workshop, or sit back and be entertained at a demo. Either way, you’ll eat well at the end.

Speakeasy Supper Club
Five to Six courses, it’s a seated dinner in a small, friendly room. Think complex tasting menu you’d find in Chicago, L.A., or New York; but in the heart of Ames. Menu is new every month. Up scale dining, with zero pretense.

Livestream & Replay
Sous Chef Members stream every class live, ask questions in chat, and rewatch on demand from the member portal.
